    Those little mini rebuildable drippers are really awesome and easy to rebuild. I wouldn't bother with the pre-coiled wicks, however, making a coil is easy; just make sure you do test them with a multimeter.

    On my bottom feeders, I find the draw gets tight when they get gunked up. Have you tried cleaning the coil and the clearomizer itself? There are plenty of good videos on YouTube. I find washing and then dry burning my wicks does wonders for extending the life of the coil.

    My wife and I started with cig-a-likes. Fins from Wally World. Not a bad product, and they have a 510 threading. They had a nice nutty taste too, although you could stick any carto on them you wanted with your favorite juice... Full disclosure: I now vape a Genesis tank on a Provari.

    Yes, I generally use the coil till it craps out and then rebuild with 3mm silica. I agree that one should not remove the flavor wicks on a coil out of the box. Doing so is an invitation to flooding.

    Puffing away currently on a rebuilt T3s coil with no flavor wicks - it is an outstanding vape. The trick is to re-wick with a thicker wick. Then it is all good.

    My wife and I spent a lot when we started. At this point, things have settled down a bit as we have found what works best for us. I do, however, still find myself lusting after new toys from time to time. That being said, we are STILL spending less than we did on stinkies! :tongue:
