I find PG dries me out much worse than VG. I mix my own and always vape 90%+ VG. It's great.
That being said, you still need to drink lots of water. I drink probably 2 to 3 litres a day.
I would suggest you get your friend to show you how to build your own coils, and then build a single coil above 1 ohm until you are comfortable and well educated about mechanicals and sub-ohm vaping. At 0.4 ohms you don't have a lot of room for error. (It is also worth noting that a 1.5 - 2.0...
I primarily use a Reo with an RM2 topper, but I've successfully made micro-coils for my wife's mini Davide (very similar to the PT2). She uses the same technique and just swaps out her cotton every few days. Works like a charm and results in great flavor with her Davide tank.
You will want to...
I use micro-coils with cotton wicks. The coils last a VERY long time. Just remove the cotton wick, dry burn the coil clean and thread a new wick. The coil I am currently using is over two months old and shows no signs of giving up the ghost anytime soon.
If you ask most Reo owners, they will answer that the Reo is the best of the bunch. I personally love mine with the passion of a thousand burning suns. A few things of which to be aware:
Reo is a bottom feeding mod. You will either need to use a bottom feeding RBA or bottom feeding drip...
+1 for a Reo. 18650 will last all day with ease, and 6ml of juice on board means you won't have to worry about refilling. Reos are rugged as all get out and the form factor is great for being out and about.
This is a very good idea. CASAA needs to hire an advertising group to promote vaping. We need clever one-liners. As dumb as it may be, people have the attention span of a gnat.
+1 for the center pin not making contact. I don't have a Kayfun (have considered it, however!) so I am not sure if the center post is adjustable. My guess is one of your other mods has a slightly longer center pin and has pushed the center pin on your mod down slightly.
This is why...
Really, really wanting to quit cigarettes. Not an invincible youth anymore, concerned about my long-term health. My wife and I had tried everything. Vaping was our last great hope, and it worked!
The smell! I no longer stink!
Better lung function. I don't get winded as easily as I once did...
Please note that I didn't take sides on this. That being said, the concern that presenting the FDA with comments they didn't ask for, might back-fire is a valid point. It might. On the other hand, it might be a great way to show that there are many regular people this will negatively impact...
While the discussion of whether or not this is a smart thing to do politically is valid, the hand-wringing over "personal info" is a bit much. They are asking for no more than what is in the phone book. Trust me, amazon and facebook know far, far more about you.
My wife and I never smoked in the house - even as smokers we realized how bad lingering cigarette smoke smelled. Being able to vape on the couch while watching a movie? Awesome indeed.
