    I really enjoyed smoking cigarettes, if I thought I could survive them with a decent quality of life I would still be a smoker. I am glad to not be a cigarette smoker anymore, vaping is good and will keep me off them. But I do miss them too.

    Slowly decreasing Nic level, after 5pm I usually have 6-12 depending on what is on hand. Surprising myself, I have found that sometimes I like unflavored juice. It's kindof refreshing almost.
