the new to ECF thing , and don't take this the wrong way or as directed at you .. we've seen a fair number of new accounts come directly here to post negative comments or complaints..etc .. and they aren't customers or even potential customers
so perhaps we viewed your post as an attack when...
my advice is to keep at it..and take note of what you're doing or did when one started to leak ..figure out whats going on and go from there.. when you get the ravens going they're great..and can last a really really long time (even longer if you do a dry burn once in a while) and the flavor...
odd... i've had one raven sitting in a pyrex tank for a month now on a gripper..full of juice ..no leaks, another raven in an x8 vaped to the slot..no leaks, a third raven sitting in its original tank full in a coin tube for 2 months..no leaks
i did have two that leaked ..one i was a bit rough...
what i'm gathering from your post, is you didn't use the supplied charger and used an ego battery charger which you had to dissasemble to make it fit..................is that correct?
<begin rant>to all those that have or will post negative comments about this device .. we haven't tested it yet...and are going to have it thoroughly tested, this is NOT the same version that has been out there in Europe .. please stop and think ..and have a little respect that this is a vendor...
how old are they?
you also might be hitting the amp limit of the device with the dual coil at that wattage..
have you tried a single coil around 2 ohm ..does it give similar results?
how long did you let your DIY mix / steep .. so far i've only had one juice do that with a raven..and it was fairly dark to begin with ...might just be a common thing with silica
really? the nova can sometimes separate a juice ..smaller particles go through but larger ones stay in the tank ..etc.. .. have you tried your liquid in a dripping atomizer to see how it differs from the flavor you're getting from your raven?
i think VW is great..especially for the newer vapers out there..they don't have to figure out which voltage range is safe for the coil and can dial in what works best for their liquid of choice and use different atomizers with different resistance without worry. and btw the kick is VW not VV =)
