    Yes it is:) It's an addiction and a ritual :) I love wrapping coils on my Zen, but I've only had to do it twice. Genesis coils last me a few weeks and even though my Ody and Penny coils only seem to last me about 4-5 days, I don't mind beacuse I love building them :)
