If we're talking about lobes mine were 7/16th" but now they're smaller. Whipped cream still tastes peppery to me. I'm hoping it gets better in a few days. I've been tempted to put in another order but I'm moving next week. -

I just got my sigelei #8 with Nzonic head in. I realized I ordered a button top 18650 by mistake! Won't fit with the Nzonic so I squeezed it in with the stock head. First thing I did was build a 0.9ohm micro coil for my igo-L with a rolls cotton wick. Damn this thing hits hard! I'm still... -

Why pay well over $100 for a mech when a clone of it is a fraction of the price?
Honestly I'd rather buy several clones mostly to see what style I want to invest more money into. I have a sigelei 8 on its way and think about other clones so down the road when I want to buy a high end mech I will have more experience in what I want in a mech. -
Really need help finding a good kit to go with after starting with a V2
I started with an eGo twist and an iClear 16. I liked it enough that I bought a second twist. All of that together is about $55 at my local shops. Could find it cheaper online I imagine. But good setup and will last you awhile with a second battery for when you're charging the other one.- Cavere

Aga T+ vapor woes
It was fine. Someone gave me the idea that with a vertical micro coil that all the vapor was escaping from the top of the wick and possibly overheating on its way. Working on a new wick an 30g 4/3 wrap which is just giving me too pot hotspots like crazy. Tried rewrapping it several times...- Cavere

Smaller wick when rebuilding an EVOD/Protank head
I'm just thinking out loud but what if you could make a loop if silica around the head with the two ends doubled up inside the head? It might over wick like crazy and probably work better in the protank with extra room around the head. I might try this the next time I recoil my pt- Cavere

Starter RBA?
I have to agree with drippers being a good place to start. Something like the igo L is fairly easy to build and a good dripper. Unless you have a protank or evod and I would try rebuilding those heads which are about as simple as it gets.- Cavere

Micro Coils to increase Vapor, flavor & TH
What do you guys think about micros on a genny? I have one in my aga t+ and not getting much vapor. I was talking to a guy at a b&m an he was saying that vapor could only escape through the top of the coil/wick. I thought it was a valid point but wanted to get some other opinions. I finally experienced that peppery taste I've seen people talk about. It's with whipped cream 60/40 12mg. I guess I'll be letting it steep for awhile. Butter pecan is really buttery so that will steep too. Arnold Palmer I haven't got much flavor from yet. Cinnamon roll is pretty nice right... -
