If micro refers to microcoil, then yes a few of us users are wrapping micro setups in our Spheroids w/ cotton wicks. I'm currently testing the SnC yarn in my Spheroid. Didn't pull much flavor but tons of vapor. I shelved it for a day, and will try it again later. -

So far so good w/ microcoil/cotton and a piece of 2mm silica laying on top. No gurgles. You know when the gurgling starts, you're in for a flood. -

Trying the rebuild on the GT. Since I will not be reverting back to mesh, I have to find a wick that will plug the holes. I've cotton, silica, and SnC. Maybe a combo wick will do the trick ;) -

After successfully snagging MY Spheroid back from the "boss".. Cleaned and set a 1.3 build on it using SnC Fully cleansed my SS Paps, reassembled.. Swapped bases with the "boss" for a custom finish Spheroid -

Tinkering this morning.. Yes the GT looks amazing on the X; however, the GT is totally reliant on wick thickness as I painfully discovered this morning. Tried my first run on the SnC yarn, with an additional piece laid over the wick that's through the coil. I did this to plug the wick holes... -

First build on the GT: 1.8 micro coil w/ single strand of SnC yarn ==Leaked! 1.8 micro coil w/ single stand of SnC yarn w/ another single strand laid on top ==Leaked! Wick thickness is obviously the key. If I run too thick on the micro it won't feed as well(restriction). Thinkin of going... -

I am unsure how the 23 differs from the 22 besides the obvious, but I used ONE red o-ring in the top cap and the black o-rings in the bottom cap to secure the base of Sophia. I, also, inserted Sophia from the top after proper lubrication. :2cool:
