    WOW, and I thought I got taken paying $3.50 for T3 heads and $6.99 for 10ml of rebottled Dekang that I'm pretty sure was cut with some kind of cheap 'filler'.     Somethings wrong about the heads you're buying then. I have not had any doa Kanger heads to date. I have a T3, T3S, Evod and Protank in my daily rotation. Still no reason not to rebuild though. It doesn't take long to become proficient and you can recoil and wick in less than 5 minutes.
