If you have a camera that does nice close-up shots, you could take a pic of the wire next to a coin for referance and see if we could guess? :laugh: Best way is to use a multimeter. Cut a piece measured at exactly one inch and check its resistance. Knowing the Ω per inch would tell you the size... -

I could tell only if you got it from Gotvapes, because they only sell two sizes (or they only did a couple months ago). And you would be smart to worry about that, or at least its good common sense right? :p :)But no, it's almost imposable to burn cotton (when wet). But it does wear out... -

Sorry for the delay Pami. The hardest part was taking the end-ring off without bending it or cracking the plastic. I found that a little BTU persuasion helps ;) I justed heated it (barely) with a torch. Anyway, the whole thing took 30 min. But now that I know how to do it, it will be 5 minutes... -
