That sounds like an utter living nightmare. Sorry Sin.:oops: I used to have that problem too. For me, my brain would be going 90mph (stressed). OTC pills containing diphenhydramine (aka Benadryl) and one natural Melatonin pill, an hour before bed helped me.- Aflatoxin
