So even though the employers policy is unjust, continues to wrongly label us as a danger, singles us out for special consideration, is impractical as it applies to us even using the devices ..... the union doesn't see that as a problem?? See. I think they've got it wrong. Their looking at their tax revenue falling from cigarettes and automatically assume that it's because of contraband. WRONG! It's 'cause more of us are vaping! As Goat and I were talking today my union has pulled the "we aren't involved" BS line saying that this was all initiated by Goats union and therefore would not be taking any further action .... their in-action is plenty thank you very much. Good point. and I wonder who will pick up the tab for the appeal. That will be heard by the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Now I'm not sure but I believe you are supposed to have legal representation there. If I were a member of that union I'd be crying foul!- SloHand
