    Can't wait to hear back on this experiment LOL. That malty flavor occurs from the tobacco. It's the white vinegar that 'releases' that malty flavor from the B&M that has been described here. I think if you use the malt vinegar it will be way over the top .... but it's all about the experiment :)...

    Not sure what charges you folks are paying but you shouldn't be paying anything if your using postal services. USPS & CPC have a bilateral agreement that ensures no additional fees. This is a good layman's description.
