    iClear 30 swivel tip issues

    This is a longshot but... A lot of people don't know it, but the outer (bottom) part of the swivel also screws apart, if you look closely you can see the seem. Perhaps it is just loose enough to be leaking air.

    I'm using iClear 30s for plastic-tank-friendly juices (I've read some mixed reviews on here but mine work flawlessly). I get great vapor production with the dual coils using 50/50 Juice. I'm also using a ProTank with the top wick removed for my tank-cracker juices it performs very consistantly.

    Yeah....What Brock said....you're prolly getting over nicced. Usually hiccups is the first sign, which may be followed by a headache or nausea. Try going down a level in the nic.

    iClear 16 Issue

    I had the iclear 16 separate in the same place (without having to twist it-it just came apart on its own) due to an acidic juice. The juice was a known tank cracker but I wanted to try it and had no protank. I've got several iclear16s and have never had another problem, so I'm guessing...
