Vaping on a Budget.....
There are lots of hardware options that meet your criteria - box mod, Ego, VV Ego, kgo, Gripper, VV Gripper, Ovale, and so on. I think finding a juice he really likes is more important than the device, and the juice options are nearly unlimited.- Mike36609

Best Cartomizers
I know some folks really like Boges, but I very much prefer Smok cartos, especially for use with thicker juice. In my experience the Boges just don't absorb juice very well, require near constant refilling as a result, and are much easier to burn. I'd have to quit vaping, or find another system...- Mike36609
