    FYI: Smoktech making Genesis-style atty

I wouldn't say I have had any flooding issues, but I do find juice in the top chamber often. I attribute this to the vapor that is not extracted, once my draw is done, condensing back into liquid and collecting over time. I find if I draw the last bit out it don't seem to accumulate nearly as much.

VaporBeast Contest - Win the new VARIO +

224 is my guess. I mean, why not. 224 is a beastly number, right? Reminds me of a Olds 442, but in reverse. Cool contest! Salky

    FYI: Smoktech making Genesis-style atty

Dawg, I never drilled the additional hole on the tube, but I had similar issues with the top chamber flooding in my early experiments. I ended up using a piece of cotton wick to plug up the 2nd hole. It kept it from leaking too much, but allowed air to pass through. I also opened up the wick...

YouVape - Introduction and Labor Day Sale!

I see. But were they all single long wicks, or the multi-stand ones? I may have seen a v1 with long wicks, but never with the multi-wick setup. Aren't these 'version' numbers grand? :P

YouVape - Introduction and Labor Day Sale!

I thought the only change in the 'v2.5' was the multiple strand long wicks? The last few v2's I ordered both had short single wicks. Salky

A bit pricey on that multimeter....unless it is a Fluke! I will order a couple Novas if there are any left when I get home. Good luck! Salky

I had to use a magnet with the included flat tops (included) for the bottom battery, and even though I never had a magnet-related problem, I would personally have had nipple tops from the get go. Just my opinion though.

Fact or not, with all the hub-bub about battery safety, I see no problem in rotating the position of batteries in series. Yes, it may not be necessary, but I just can't see both batteries experiencing the same conditions regardless of their position. So why not flip them? Is it going to do...

Wow 6? Sounds like people should stop worrying about how hard it hits and try to figure out why they are such junk! :) BTW, the only point I feel the VMax may have been off was at lower voltages with LR equipment. When running anything around 3ohms I tended to set the Vmax at the same spot I...

Yes that was his point. But, he was reviewing the V1 Vmax, and, I don't care how much people love him, he is not an electrical engineer or a brilliant mathematician as far as I know. There is a formula to figure out average voltage output on a PWM device. It is not something as simple as...

Hey DJ, quick question, if I may. What do you prefer when comparing the Gripper to the LTYJV2 Tube? Any positives/negatives between them? Thanks in advance!

Nipple tops are the way to go. The nipple/flat combo works, but is not advised due to the fact you stated. I rotate their position with each charge. The flat tops require a magnet, and that is just another thing to possibly lose or to cause a problem. I have never had any issues, and my flat...
