    Yep, that is it. This is exactly what mine was doing when I couldn't get it to work. It would come on and show 3.0, then do nothing. I had to stretch out the spring so that it would get a better contact on whatever end, and then it started working. Salky

    You got it BG. Sealed helps prevent leakage into your PV. Airflow should be the about the same. Unsealed are needed for certain things like auto batteries and bottom feeders.
