Newbie, just need some help for me and my dad

Oh, and the hissing noise may just be the coil still vaporizing liquid as it cools down. If it sizzles for more that a second or so you might have a sticking switch not turning the battery off like it should.

Newbie, just need some help for me and my dad

I would say to pick up a nice 510 kit. Small size and you can buy a portable charging case for it. Then buy some cartomizers, pre-filled or buy some juice and empty ones and fill yourself. 510 connection is the most common type so you can find things for them quite easily. If what you have...

Briar, the variables are endless. It could come down to ambient temperature, particulates in the air, air density, the amount of saliva in your mouth, etc. But I agree, you wouldn't think it would be so extreme. I mean, if I had a really good apple and sliced it up, wouldn't most people agree it...

I get the heat transfer issues, wet vs dry, but I am only talking about under heavy use situations. Even then the initial cool down would be quicker, but the full cool would be longer. Plus, with the shirt analogy you are dealing with airflow to increase evaporative cooling effect. In a...

Rdsok, I see your theory, but I am wondering if the polyfill might prevent cooling down under heavy use as it would get warm and hold in the heat as opposed to an open air situation. Salky

I never could get either of the 2 Scorpions to work. I even tried unflavored PG and VG. I am glad others have had luck with them, but, if memory serves me, it seems close to a 50/50 split in people who liked them and those that didn't. Also, I did find these (not sure if they are exactly the...

Gotcha PG, but I have tried cartos at 3.0, clearos at 3.4, ce2 tanks at 3.2, attys at 3.4, etc. For me, it just don't seem to matter. I do tend to enjoy bakery flavors and RY4's, and they just don't seem to hold up. Now with some lighter flavors I can run a bit higher, but nothing crazy...

Tina, I am as bewildered as you. I am guessing it depends on a variety of factors, the two most important being resistance and juice. I have not found a high enough resistance carto/atty to run with my juices anywhere near 5v. I have used some equipment that is 3.4ohms, yet with my juices it...

News about the New Apollo Stainless steel vtube - Part 2

Good choice SB! The SS just has a nice heft to it. It is solid feeling and could double as a weapon if need be. And Apollo has great customer service if anything should be amiss.

The Vmax does feel really nice in hand. And it puts out around 8.0v on its on cycle on fully charged batteries. It will wake you up for sure....

I think the telescopic mechanical mod looks like a toilet paper holder roller. "Sweet, it holds my TP and gives me a nice vape when I am through...." :)

MT, there are pics of it in this thread, just search Vmax in the tools drop-down and you will find them. I don't think they look much different, I would say the chrome looks a little glossier.
