That is what I thought cmdr! Had to mess with you a bit.....
You should have mine by now, should I just add this to my cart and check out as normal?

So would I be better off taking a refund then buying the Vmax? Just curious.
51.75+69.00=120.75 (return+upcharge)
New Vmax SS=100.50
Now if it was 49.00 upcharge (or 50 as stated earlier) that would make more sense. Maybe just an oversight?
BonnyC, if you push the center tube to the side it will break free. Then work it back and forth and it should pop out quite easy. If there is nothing in the coil, you got yourself a bad unit for sure!
You could use it like a Stardust as long as you could figure out how to seal the mouthpiece...
Yeah, they do absorb a ....-ton of fluid,p that is one reason I am sick of messing with them. Not only did I waste some of my fave juice, I have been using blah juices to try to get them to work!
You may be right on the reason they ended up as they are. But could the plate have really been...
I think you are being a bit overprotective of the juice. It isn't that fragile really. Prolonged exposure to light, heat and open air will have an effect on them, and even then they will still be fine. The average shelf life is supposed to be 2 years. And many flavors do better sitting. Some...
Hey Briar, if you pull the center tube out (quite easy) you will find one loose fat wick (the one going over the coil) and 3 small wicks which are wrapped in the coil. Not stuffed tight, but that was what I was kind of thinking before I got one as well. I'm wondering if they would have used the...
Nice to have some testers for me ;) I am not so worried about the leaking as I am performance and durability. I know, some attys last forever, some a few moments. I just can't see spending big money on something that may poop out after a day of use. Rather spend it on juice and mods.

So glad to hear it buff, I sent mine back yesterday to do exactly what you did. Except in SS. I look forward to giving it a shot.
Nice sig caff. Looks slick.

Sev, I have built a few CE2 tank mods, but those still have to use the gasket to prevent fluid from flooding the coil and from going into your mouth. The Scorpion has no gasket or seal to speak of, and even if the top cap were to seal the tank from the tube, there is nothing to seal the coil...
The vacuum method would make sense if there was a positive seal at the top of the tube/tank. As far as I can see that is not happening. The wicks should expand once wet enough to seal the gaps at the bottom. Maybe you are right, but it would be silly to just not eliminate the tube if it was...
The wicks sticking out are supposed to prevent the tube from filling up. If the tube was filled, there would be nothing to stop this from pouring out of the mouthpiece when drawing hard or laying it down, as there is no real seal around the ceramic. If the center filled with fluid and didn't...
Yeah, the drip shield just looks like a dress-up item to me as well. Maybe if someone could explain why I need one, or give me one, I would understand.
Yeah, I run my LT with 181250's, dont you? Really I just haven't got used to the new phones layout. And not much of a proofreader.
The scorpion center tube doesn't fill with fluid. It is supposed to wick, but it just doesn't do so well. Punching a hole would flood it.
