    Luckily I will no longer live in this nanny state if and when this bill gets passed, but all the smokers I have turned to vaping will be affected. So regardless of the odds I'm still gonna fight this BS bill.

    Def not just limited to 13. Some of the dedicated patrons are not ECF members, so they wouldn't know what the Membership was right away. I think leaving them or any EPM enthusiast out would be tragic.
