    As someone who ran a mail order business a couple decades ago, remember that when you pay for shipping it includes shipping materials (peanuts, bubblewrap, etc) and the time (all time is money) to package it up.

    Agreed, free shipping on large orders, not just blanket free shipping. I was about to order 2 $3 adapters from a site, would've been $3 for standard 1st class, but if I spent $44 dollars more it would be free priority shipping. I ended up spending $80 total. So definately give free shipping...
