    Can't believe I forgot this. Make sure your website and your store stock numbers are kept well synchronized. Nothing worse than checking the website for an item only to get to the store and find out they've been out of stock for a week.

    There are enough people making suggestions on the online portion so I'm focusing on the brick and mortar experience. Being able to come in and sample the juices, touch and feel the hardware those are the things that make me want to come to a store. Make sure you keep demo versions of things...
