Thanks AG. I'm actually quite happy with the draw on the Protank (I prefer an airy draw). Do you know if that air flow controller can loosen the draw for certain devices as well? The same tanks get less air flow on my Zmax than my eVic and I'd like to open it up a bit.
What have you noticed so far with the draw? I remember hearing they are interchangeable and one is airier than the other but I don't have any of the evod heads myself.
Im sure that was meant to be helpful, but I didn't exactly expect to squeeze those wick strands back in there. I'm certain that would lead to me banging my head against the table lol. I have 5, so if I tinker and destroy 1 it's all good. This is the first use of this technology in this form...
The challenge with these, or any of the newer bottom coils for that matter, is that there is no way for them to work out of the box for everyone. Juice thickness, vaping style and many other factors affect wicking. In the Kangers we can easily address this by keeping or removing some of the top...
I also love carto tanks, which is why I had high hopes for the Raven. With the flexibility to put these in almost any tank and the lifespan of a clearo that you can clean, if the wicking was consistent, I doubt I'd ever buy another carto. If I see any tips to help with these or there are newer...
On an eVic with chrome tubes. The pic doesn't do this justice, but they match perfectly. I never tried the evod, but the ProTank has been working flawlessly. I'll be grabbing a few more for sure.
I've got mixed feelings about my Ravens so far. The good hits have been REALLY good, but in between I've found myself frequently blowing it out, reseating the tank to reset pressure, or taking dry pulls to get the juice flowing. I really wanted to like these and if every hit was like the first...
Are you using the 18350 end cap or 18650 end cap with with 18350 tube? Bad confirmed that the cap that comes with the 350 tubes is the deeper set one for stacked 350s so you should use the same cap that came with your 650 tube.
Paddy is correct. The top cap was always removable, but in the orginal v1 the ego connector was integrated into the top cap as opposed to the control head, so this is an improvement. It looks like they added 2 more airflow slots to the newer top caps as well. Nice improvement that should ensure...
Very nice! I would agree. I love my Sigelei Zmax, but it is heavy (plus and minus depending on circumstances/prefence) and my eVic, but it's not as powerful. The CVI has flush mounted ego connection with proper airflow, removable top cap (convenient if you get a T3 base stuck in there, yes...
Looks like I shouldn't have doubted the original answer. Personally I'd prefer both caps with the longer tube, but I can see how that makes sense cost wise and is probably best for most users. Thank you for clarifying that Bad.
The Anyvape- because with Gotvapes shipping you could probably be vaping on it by this time yesterday :p
In all seriousness all lot of people, myself included, really like the appearance of the Anyvape. Personally, I find the length of the SVD offputting. It's potential advantages are the...
Anyvape shows the same cap being used for the single 18650 and single 18350 configurations. Looking closer, it looks like the stacked 18350 cap allows the batteries to protrude further into the cap while they look the exact same from the outside. I do use the stacked configuration at times. Bad...
On the Anvape site it looks like they have a seperate end cap for stacked 18350s, but its hard to tell. Some of my others can handle either configuration with a single end cap. Can anyone confirm if stacked 18350's will fit with this end cap?
They should, but it may or may not be your best choice. If you generally vape at lower amps and want the best battery life these would be the best choice. The CVI has a pretty high amp limit and it you're running dual coils or other high amp setup you could get better power from the Panasonic...
These were on my short list based on the flush connection and ego threading until I got a replacement Zmax with ego threading and an Evic. Then again, neither of those came in blue..... It's way too easy to convince myself I need more vape gear
It is, but I didn't see the C rating on that one. That and the other version I posted are the same cell. From my understanding, there are only a handful of battery manufacturers out there, but tons of companies that rebrand them in there own wrapper.
To my original point, this is the graph I...
Ha, you're right! I pulled that link from a quick search to show the discharge graph and didn't realize it was the wrong one. This is a rebranded version of the same Panasonic cell Gotvapes is selling:
Test of Intl-outdoor NCR18650B 3400mAh (Black)
It's rated 2C, 6.8a. I've seen the same...
