    Iv got a spare bottom cap that I have been contemplating drilling and tapping for a small eye bolt, so I can "dummy cord" it to myself while out in the field. I'll let you know how it works out, it would work just as well as a safety tether.

    They are all SS, you mean polished? There is a thread like this a few pages back and the consensus is that there is no V3 in the near future, and if they did upgrade you could always send it back in and Provape would upgrade yours to the newer electronics.

    In the end, it's going to come down to style (as in looks) and features. I only care about fill holes if I'm running a killer or diver. For just regular carts I use a filling tool anyways. Pick a tank you like and grab a couple of them.
