I sorted the issue btw. It was excess air being pumped in by the tool I was using. The grommets are fine, the air was simply trying to go somewhere so went through the carto holes that were punched. Mystery solved.
Blow it out and try again. If not, it could simply be dying. Mine died there last week. I just use cartos if I want to test.
These tanks with cartos inside them that I am using are heaven. No dripping ever.
