    I think so also, especially with thicker juices. The carto I got with my first tank had one hole and it worked well but when I put in a thicker juice not so good. I always use two now, I think it equalizes the pressure and gives a smoother draw.

    The pepper taste is usually caused by an additive used by some vendors to increase TH in their juices. I think it's a bad practice and see no reason for it.     I have that problem also at times. Lubing that inner o-ring helps but not all the time. I think the problem will be solved when I get that new carto puncher that doesn't deform the cartos as much. I've tried to hammer them perfectly round again but I guess I'm not strong enough, they don't budge.
