    Hey Pizza, I turned my prefs to 40 posts per page, that way there are only 772 pages to read! Of course you are part of Lavacorps if you want to be! And there is no test after you read all those pages.

    No problem, just go to Honeysuckle or Butterball.com and they have the roasting charts and other instructions online. Just weigh yourself and then yourself holding the Turkey and that's it! Most of them are around 17 - 20lbs to serve 6.

    Nah, you'll do Ok, just follow the instructions on the wrapper that covers the Turkey. I've been doing this for 30+ years and it never turns out the same. Some years better than others, depends on how much Asti Spumante I've downed.

    You did good! If you click on the word "Lavacorps" at the top of the page it will take you to a page that shows the entire sub-forum with all the different topics. It's a little different than here as the posts get "threaded" like on a cell.
