Penelope inconsistent
i think it's definitely from how you are wrapping the coil. i had the same problem because i was wrapping them too tight around the wick....then i wrapped them too loose. like mentioned above, wrap them so they touch the wick, but not choke them. now i get them right every time. -

Yeah must be something different then. When I tried to fire it wouldn't give me anything and LO when I checked the ohms. -

That setup definitely shouldn't be too low for the Provari. Are you getting the LO error code? If so, try screwing into the base more so the center pin sticks out a hair to make a better connection with the Provari. I was getting that error until I did that. -
Penelope problem
Had the same problem...wish I could tell you what I did to fix it but really don't know...lol. Just kept fiddling with it until it worked.- MrJonesJr

Yep, all you need now is the NR wire to go down the ends...I just got mine from Michael's in the jewelry making section. Bead Landing 28 Gauge silver wire.- MrJonesJr

I think someone just found NR wire at a Michael's Craft store in the jewelry section. Maybe try there or somewhere similar. -
