I sorta feel the same about The Drifter. After engineering such a great vape on the 3.1 this seems "rushed" and IMHO lazy (I know Hobo personally and like him).
Might be best for me to dump the Drifter and NoPity as I am finding myself going back to my Narda and Velocity and saying "that's a...
Slapped in two 24g x 2.5mm coils and pushed them all the way down and it is better. Time to tinker with it to see if I can get it close to a Hobo 3.1 in flavor.
Really like the looks of this atty and it's make out of 316L SS ;)
What build do you all find works best with your NoPity? Got to throw several builds at it and can't seem to get decent flavor. Vapor is nice and dense but just isn't coming close to good on flavor.
Tried:
Dual 26g 2.5m coils
Dual 24g 2.5m coils
Dual 26g 3.0m coils
Dual 24g 3.0m coils
Single...
Bummer day all around.... My NoPity came to my PO Box but the stupid UPS Store employee picked up early today meaning it is still at the post office. Making it worse I am traveling the rest of the week. ARG.
Just an FYI - The Mistery will not work with a Rev4 BB as it is right now. The drip tip adapter is too large on the top and won't secure down completely to the top of the atty. If you have serious tools you could take 1mm off the top of the drip tip adapter. OR you can wait to see if the...
The drip tip is a whistle from Hellfire. They make a Ti one (mine), black or white delrin. I have all three and really like them.
Side note: I don't think the Mistery works with a Rev4. I built mine tonight and the drip tip adapter (special one it comes with) doesn't appear to make good...
Not the first person to have this happen and typically a loss to the ECF community.
Very mind boggling profit is put ahead of the greater good for the ECF community.
There are a lot of similarities with the two from a vape perspective. The Drifter is a much better looking atty IMHO.
Draw - the drifter whistles when wide open (at least on mine) and seems to be a little bit more restrictive. This most likely is due to the drifter having way more stuff...
