I actually did not boil the cap 2 times, I let it steep in boiling water 2-3 times. Than I did the 99% isopropyl alcohol. Glue is soluble in ispopropyl and acetone as well. I was scared the acetone would eat the plastic, but so far no one has had a problem with it.

I would say the sigelei 19, BUT ONLY if you don't mind tinkering, and already have the tools in your possession to modify it. You would be spending money on a lot of stuff otherwise.
After seeing posts about the SG-1 hybrid kit and the DIY-free way for the sigelei 19, I decided to go my own route and take my spare original sigelei 19 cap to the bench grinder till it was flush with my RBA's (faux hybrid look).
Finished the cap with 1000 grit sandpaper and scotchbrite...
