Damn travel... almost fell off the wagon

Being a road trip "ho-er", with warmer weather coming (I hope) and all my people living over 400 miles away, this is something that has crossed my mind. I'm used to smoking on the road, and I was a rather heavy smoker. I'm thinking I'll load up several tanks and keep them within reach, along...

just tried a carto/tank setup, first time, help!

A trick I'm guilty of using when all else fails is to slide the tank up the carto enough to get needle nose pliers on the flange. On the Vamo, which I've not had to use the aforementioned technique on, I've had pretty decent luck with just pushing down on the drip tip while turning. (That's...

The bra stash is awesome! One of these day's I'll get a girlfriend so I don't have to do it myself anymore. (I probably still will, though.) ;)

My First Post / Crying Out For Help!!!

That was my experience, also. The battery life on those is pants, also. As mentioned, you can refill those cartos with other juice. The caps will come off, although the manufacturer doesn't want you to know that. Good call on not offending the girlfriend. That could be disastrous. Welcome to...

    Give steeping a try.

After you hear some of the things I've pulled (especially when alcohol was involved) you'll feel like a freakin' genius! We now return you all back to the topic. ;)

    Give steeping a try.

You'd be surprised some of the things I've put in the microwave. (CDs, lightbulb in a glass of milk, etc.) This one I'd probably have tried had I not seen a warning post here at one point. As no one has mentioned it yet in this thread, ultrasonic cleaners rock for steeping. I have a couple of...

Just dropped 200 bucks on my first setup... How do you think I did?

Wow! You really have been paying attention. I wish I'd done it the way you did when I first started. Good calls all the way around and an awesome start. :thumb: Congrats on making the switch and welcome to ECF. It's a stellar community here. It has to be; they've not lynched me yet. ;)

    Coming out of lurking mode

Welcome aboard. :) I think most of us did lurking mode for a while before finally jumping on in. I know I did. Congrats on ditching the smokes. Wise move, for sure.

What Flavor Are you Vaping Right Now?

Strawberry kiwi, and I can't seem to put it down.

    Daily smoke cost.

Pall Mall blues here in The Haute bought by the carton at three packs a day comes to about $13.50/day. Now, considering how bug....... I've been going with buying vaping gear, I'd have been better off financially sticking to analogs. However, this is not only infinitely healthier but also a...

Is it just me, or is Everyone here APV happy?!?!?

I second this. As cliché as it may be, whatever keeps you off analogs is the best vape. I still like the eGos and use them a lot, but for me, as well as a lot of people here, it's as much a hobby as a habit. The APVs just happen to be our idea of a good time. :)

    Smoking vs Vaping

This may turn out to be my one weak moment. I've vaped with wine and it was cool the second time, so that's a go. I have a key lime juice that will rock with gin and tonic, so no worries there, either. The big one, and my ultimate favourite in alcoholic beverages will be the tricky one, and...

Worst idea for a juice flavor?

I went with blue cheese, even though I love it as a food. I'd do crab juice over bacon or roast beef, too. I'm pescatarian so those are clearly off the table for me. The black pepper would make for an awesome prank. Actually, any of those would be epic for pranking.

    cartemizor cases?

I never thought of this one. I do 5, too. (Cobalt is the shiz.) Altoids tins rock for storing all sorts of thing, including very small children. I have vaping gear in a couple of them, too.

    Got my 1st Vivi Nova...Wow!

That's where I got mine, in 3.5ml Vision. Everyone else was out at the time. Vapor Alley had some a few days ago, too, but hard to say about now. These things seem to be as popular as a "lady of the evening" on half-price night.

    for all vapors!!!!!!!!!!!

Optima (fail), to Blu (fail), to tinkering with eGos and compatible gear, to the Maxi Rough Stack to the Vamo. Also added Volt for work a while back.

That one on the bottom is especially awesome. Very impressive machine work on that one. Obviously done in a 4-axis mill. I'd hate to have to program something like that without MasterCam. (I'm a machinist so these sorts of things impress the hell out of me.) I officially have tank-envy now.

    i am smoking tonight..

I think you may be infringing the copyright on my song with this one. ;) I was a serial quitter from time immemorial and this one is way too familiar to me. You may feel bad about it, like I did every time, but there's a two-word phrase, of which one of those words I can't post here, that I...
