What are you waiting for in the mail?

I decided to see what all the hype is about and ordered a 3.5ml Vision Vivi Nova. :)

    BilletBox

That's effin' badass! I've never seen one before now, and now wish I hadn't. Note to self: Reward for paying off current vaping gear on plastic: Billet Box.

    Hello from Saskatchewan.

Hello and welcome! I thought the title said, "Hello from Sasquatch", then I put my glasses on and it made more sense. I've never been to Saskatchewan, but I have been to Canada. 'Love it there and everyone is so cool. I spent a week in Toronto one night, more than once. I'm...

In Fear of Becoming an ECF Stalker, I Finally Registered!

Does this mean I have to put some clothes on and stop pretending to not know you were there?

    Cost Savings

I do believe you're right about analog prices in MO, Dragons. I'm originally from the KC area and used to go to Riverside for smokes every week. On my trips back to KC I'd stop in Boonville and grab a carton or two of my actual [former] brand, which are about $15/carton more here in Terre...

What are you waiting for in the mail?

Some 18650s, and, because it's cheap, marginally cool, and could be a decent backup MM, a Gripper. At this point I'm betting that VISA is enjoying my new hobby/habit as much as I am.

should we be stocking up just in case

This is what I'm thinking, too. Why would they ban e-cigs and leave regular tobacco products legal [for adults]? I hate to think that I'm into yet another thing that's being targeted by the Feds. (AR-15 owner)

Starter Kit Suggestions for an Older Lady

In the arena of cig-a-likes this is my recommendation. I use the Volt at work and love it. :thumb:

    I Had to Laugh

I've not had anyone approach me about vaping yet, but if/when it eventually starts happening and I get tired of it, I'll take advantage of my LTCH and the ability to open-carry in Indiana. Only fellow 2A people (and possibly cops) would bother approaching me then, and it would in all likelihood...

What do you keep your gear in?

I have a somewhat fancy "stash box" that I already had, but I have one of these on the way, too ....

    No-brainer

This. With the sequester the Feds could cut a lot of spending by the FDA concentrating on their actual "purpose" and stop going after the vaping trade and raw milk. :2c: Liberty activist stopping now before I get carried away with yet another epic rant.

New to all of this! Funny story and help needed!

Google kept bringing me here. :) My random fact: After vaping for a little while, regular cigarettes will taste lame and/or like 1,000 a**holes. They will also become incredibly boring. ETA: Another random fact: Juices that are flavoured as alcoholic beverages, such as whiskey, rum and...

    Non-smoker

I'm entirely Libertarian and don't believe in trying to make choices for others, but as the OP seemed to be one looking for advice, I'll put in my two cents, which echoes many previous posts here. Would I advise my kids to start vaping? I would, and only because they all smoke. I wouldn't...

    Hobby?

That would indeed be pricey for 5 people. I spent $90/week on analogs just for myself. My paranoia vs. prepping statement was in reference to myself, btw. I do very little in moderation. I totally agree with this being an interesting hobby. I love learning, and being a n00b I'm learning...

    Cost Savings

I started doing that but the stuff I bought that falls into the "Fail!" category depresses me and I stopped. At least my "Wins" are beginning to outnumber my "fails". Learning curve, I suppose. On a more positive note, since I've found GrimmGreen on on Youtube and then this forum, the "fails"...

    Hobby?

Word. Paranoia is a reasonable response when presented with a potential threat. I don't leave the house without backup. I have a Volt kit at work but still take 2 eGo batteries, an atty, 2 cartos, and a bottle of juice with me on work days. Is it really paranoia, or just "prepping"? ;)

How much nicotine? Problems finding the right amount...

I'm probably off on this, but if you mix equal parts 20mg and 14mg, it should give you 17mg. (Same flavours, obviously, unless you have two that would mix well together, taste-wise.) Does this sound right to any of the DIY and/or math wizards?

    Hobby?

For me it's turned mostly into a hobby, but I also have this nagging voice in my head (aside from the usual ones) and I know myself and my quitting history well enough to know exactly what will happen if I should happen to find myself without stuff to vape with. Stinkies are just way too...

The Smoker's Equivalent of a Dry Hit

I'm in that club, too. Only about half the time I was drunk. One of the other situations was when I'd drop it before lighting and it was dark in the room (or car). Yeah, I certainly don't miss that.

    Cost Savings

I'm a bit beyond what I'd spend on analogs, also, but the initial investments seem to be the biggest ones. That's what I keep telling myself, anyway. At some point I have to slow down a bit. I have firearms and road trip habits to support, too.
