I wait till I am on my way to work in morning (on weekdays) which is about 1/2 hour after I wake up. On weekends I normally have a vape within the first 10-15 minutes of my feet hitting the floor. Glass of iced tea and a vape!
Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear you are giving it another go. Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up if slip. Every analog you avoid is victory to be celebrated. I smoked and vaped for the first 10 days or so and then I just knew it was time to give up the smokes and move on. You'll get...
I use 0 nic juice with my RDA's when I set them up for cloud chasing. Otherwise I stick to 6mg or 12mg for my daily vapes. I really think I could step down little and live with just 6mg and 0mg but after 8 months I'm not ready to give up my nic completely.

Welcome and congrats! This place is awesome. You are at the start of what is going to be a great next few months of discovering how much better life is without those nasty analogs! Good luck and happy vaping!
The question has never been brought up at my company. The owners are never here and I am the operational manager. So I decided that as long as we have no clients in the building then it is ok for me to vape at my desk as I please. My employees don't mind at all. I obviously asked them first so...
