Actually I see perhaps with the #19 it's better to use ring magnets and retain some sort of brass connecting post between the switch button and the battery contact. Does any one have one of these and a caliper that can tell us what some of the dimensions are inside that switch? Thread pitch...
I want to know if anyone else is thinking of a way to reuse those magnets in an actual magnetic switch yet! The trick is to make the two pieces of the switch make contact *before* the magnets do, since it's near impossible to get them to touch in the first place. Recessing them or using delrin...
When I first started rebuilding them this is what I did too. Even the heads on my vivis and clearos! Then I discovered that with a lot of juices I kind of like the flavor of a "seasoned" wick, as long as the coil is relatively clean. I don't rebuild anything any more unless the wick is...
I keep syringes around for mixing juice and filling my AGAs. I stumbled across Phil's tip on cleaning them and now that's how I do it :)

First off "hot spots" are a problem with SS mesh... with silica, not so much.
I vape very high VG constantly (around 30/70 pg-vg) and yes, the coils get gunked up. This happens with thinner juice too. It's why there is even a market for replacement factory made heads for attys like the vivi...
Originally from Edgewood (North Hill Puyallup) and moved to the coast a couple of years ago. :)
Haven't been to any of the big B&M stores over there yet. Small one opened in Aberdeen about a year ago.
Welcome from yet another Washingtonian!
I'm a mod of a couple other forums and groups as well and no... the five post thing is a great idea! LOTS of friendly, helpful people here to help you with any questions.
My favorite e-juice company is up in Bellingham ;)
LOL! Turkey bacon?!
Honestly I've found Unicorn Blood to be VERY touchy about not just voltage but how hot the atty already is (chain vaping, etc.) and even how hard I draw on it. I ran it in an AGA-T2 for a bit on top of a Vamo. Seems like I remember liking it best at lower watts/voltage...
No ma'am. Sorry. Guys with a way higher post count than me were contributing and I guess I sort of thought...
I'll get better with the report button... Promise!
1.1 ohms on an SS mesh AGA-T2, 0.6 ohms on a dual coil igo-L (but I didn't like the vape), 0.9 ohms on a lightly modified Smok RDA Octopus.
Can't believe this thread hasn't been wisked away to Rebuildable Atomizer Systems yet!
Got mine from Exhale Vapors too! It was part of a "Facebook special" and included a smok 18650 2800mah battery (I ended up with two of these), trustfire tr-001 charger and a free J-wrap. Don't remember the total but it was CHEAP!
Last summer some friends and I went on a four day camping trip. I took a full carton of cigarettes along "just in case". When we went on some short hikes we were always divided into the non-smokers, who lead the way, and the smokers, who tended to move a little slower, stopped more to "catch...
