    eGo Vamo v2

On a Vamo 5-7 watts is 5-7 watts no matter what you screw on top. So yes, *any* atty above 1.2 ohms will be fine on it, in VW mode. Rather than doing a bunch of math and adjusting VV (variable voltage) yourself, which gives you wattage, you set your watts on the vamo and it polls the attached...

    eGo Vamo v2

Vivi with which head on it? All of mine come with 1.8, 2.4 and 2.8 ohm heads... although I usually recoil them myself for right at 2.0 ohms. I don't own a protank (hated the permanent drip tip idea) but it seems as if the first run was all with 2.5 ohm heads with an optional 1.8 ohm head...

    Sigelei Mechnical Mods

Wow! Let us know how THAT goes? I'm hoping at least one vendor will stock spare parts for these things... I was thinking a cap off of a #8 would work too... maybe the same thing as the 13?

New GOTVAPES.com 2nd Multi Mega Prize Monthly CONTEST Giveaway!!!

For her and anyone else that doesn't have a PC tech in the family that lives close by I highly recommend buying a blank CD or DVD (assuming you have a CD/DVD burner in your computer), downloading one of many "live linux" (google it), and burn it to a disk, just for such an emergency. There are...

    Camping preparations

DOH! Now I find myself on a quest to locate the BEST solar rechargeable battery backup! Another option, if you are camping close to your vehicle, is research solar for topping off vehicle batteries. This has a couple of advantages. Your 12 volt car battery probably has a capacity that...

    Kick my confusion!

Well... I never said I could sit on it ;) Usually I slip it into one of my front pockets. I can even drive with it there, which is more or less laying on it's side. Colder weather I carry it in an inside coat pocket. Good point on still having a working mod when everything else goes wrong...

    Kick my confusion!

My Sigelei #8 and an AGA-T2 is my preferred "out and about" device now. AND I leave the "fill hole" screw out of it. Just lock the fire button and slip it in my pocket. Never a leak. Not a drop. I mostly vape 50/50 or even stronger VG though... maybe really watery juices can be a problem?

    Kick my confusion!

Nope! :) I run 2250 mah 18650 pannies in my Sigelei #8 and I use pretty much RBAs (AGA-T2s) and RDAs (a bunch) on it coiled for 0.9 to 1.1 ohms. After a bit of a power hit, from a really fresh battery, this "sweet spot" in resistance provides a pretty much even vape all day long. When it...

    Kick my confusion!

10w is too low for much below 1.2 ohms and the adjustment on a kick means taking the mech apart to adjust it differently. Before I bought my first mech I went through this same quandry... Here is seven pages of discussion on the topic. I decided to use my vamo for tanks and carts and skip the...

    Resistance

Cheaper does not always mean "as good as something more expensive". I buy things from Fasttech too but for a beginner? I *highly* recommend you spend a dollar or two more and buy something from a reputable vendor that can answer questions, ship quickly and process returns quickly if there is a...

Getting a Vamo v2 not sure how variable wats work.

There is actually a dedicated sub-forum within this one for Vamo and I'm sure you will find MUCH information there. As a Vamo user myself I can tell you that VW means the Vamo polls the attached tank, cart or atty to find it's resistance and then sets the voltage accordingly to give you your...

    Resistance

Yup! :) There are really two main kinds of threads that connect the battery to the attachment, "ego" and "510". 510 is probably the more common of the two but most batteries, such as the two you have listed, have *both*. Anything that has either kind of thread will fit either battery... BUT...
