The best atty?
It's a toss up between my AGA-T2s with #500 SS mesh or any one of my drippers. I use a slightly modified Smok RDA "Octopus" with 9mm of silica (3x 3mm) more than the rest.- Oktyabr

Dripping Help
Are you dripping *through* the drip tip or taking it off to add drops? I know some drip tips say that you can drip straight through them but every time I try this I end up with some un-cooked juice on my lips or tongue.- Oktyabr

Truckers - what's your favorite mod/device???
Spinner, twist, ego on a lanyard is a great combination for anyone that is out and about. For driving a good USB pass through and a cigarette lighter adapter (one that is rated for e-cigs). Look ma, no battery! -
Finally a "quality" vape (n00b)
You'll have to relearn how to vape too. Your new setup should be capable of more vapor that is much "warmer" as well. I quit a pack and a half with 36, then dropped to 24, now lower than that (depending on device).- Oktyabr

Off topic I know but all I have is 18650s! They just seem like they provide the most "bang for the buck" and the mod still slips into a pocket easily. Where are the sweet heart deals on quality 18350s if a guy wanted to pick up a few of them? -
Rebuildable coils not lasting...
It would help to know what juice you are vaping... flavor, nic and pg-vg ratio especially but without knowing that I'm going to agree... it sounds like a hot spot on the coil somewhere. Wash it good, carefully dab it dry with a paper towel or something, then dry burn it. Pay attention to if...- Oktyabr

You might be right but the 3.5 amp limit would then suggest that the vamo shouldn't even be able to fire a 1.5 ohm coil using it's highest 6.0 volt setting and even a 1.4 ohm coil (on any such VV device, even the Prov) wouldn't be allowed at even 5 volts much less 6. I dunno... Too many...- Oktyabr

You are correct. But as for limits consider this... suppose you stayed under the 5 amp "limit" of the Vamo... W=VxA, so at the Vamo's lowest setting of 3v times a 5 amp "limit" would automagically fall within the range of the 15 watts as advertised. Try it another way, crank the volts all...- Oktyabr

Nah, the jury is still out on that. We've discussed this at detail (I think YOU were a poster in a couple of them as well, right?) and there is a reason switches and the like are rated in amperage and not volts or watts. But since all three are mathematically intertwined it's sometimes too...- Oktyabr

It's a limit of the circuitry in any VV and/or VW device. Sub ohm calls for a purely mechanical mod at this point. Amps = Volts/Resistance Say you try to fire a 0.8 ohm coil on a standard 3.7 volt mod... 3.7/0.8=4.625 Amps, getting close to the 5amp ceiling of even the vamo. Accidentally...- Oktyabr

Your basically going to be running up against the limitations of the battery *size* itself and the amperage that that tiny switch can handle. The Spinner/Twists, especially genuine ones, are probably the top of their class in that size device.- Oktyabr

my Vamo doesn't make the rattlesnake noise anymore??
I've never heard any "rattlesnake" sound with my vamo or any other device I've used (most VV devices use some form of PWM). I get "snap, crackle and pop" on a nice coil but nothing pulsing 30+ a second like some others describe. I DID read a post from a Vamo user that said theirs didn't...
