    Vamo vs SVD

Both have a soft insulator under the positive pin in the 510 connector that if you over tighten a device may cause the pin to eventually loose contact and even displace the insulator. Not a difficult fix but just something you should be aware of. Same thing can happen on an ego style battery...

The Vamo V2 - Batteries I use that many say can not be used but work perfect for me.

I like my Panasonic CGR18650CH too. Even though they are "only" rated for 2250mah they last just as long as my Smoktech 2800mah, sometimes longer. I paid $26 for four of them through Amazon and they shipped for free.

effects of vegetable glycerine to lungs?

I actually remember reading something about some stats that were gathered in China during the avian flu breakout over there. The one thing they found is that those that frequently used e-cigarettes seemed to be diagnosed with this new flu much LESS often as those that did not vape. I think...

VAMO vs. ProVari (or any other "high-end" PV)

Yup! Exactly what I was going to say. I'm actually surprised that "warranty" didn't pop up on page #1. I don't own a provari although I DID consider one for a short time. I'm not the kind of guy that just buys "the best" of anything and then STOPS and is happy for long so I dodged that...

    L-Rider Corolla mechanical at Gotvapes

Nah, I don't think so. In fact someone that wasn't a mod aficionado would never call this one a "clone" of a roller or dingo... they look nothing alike. Now the Sig #20? You might have an argument there ;) Anyway I don't think just the position of a switch on a metal tube can be patented...

Anyone know anything about this model? Plenty of photos flying around but nothing on that TOP switch in it (even though I asked at Gotvapes). Adjustable air control, telescoping, top button, it *looks* well made, and the price puts it into the econo-mech realm too at $54.95: L-rider Corolla...

    Sigelei Mechnical Mods

Looks VERY good! I *almost* made one of these my first mech, then on the advice of others ended up with the Sig #8 instead. One thing I like about the CCTS is that at least Kamry will let vendors stock spare parts for it (I think Hoosier had replacement switches at one time, etc.) I'd feel a...

I don't see any reason why my goal should be to quit smoking and quit vaping!

I don't have the link but I remember catching one thread title about "Quitting vaping... selling all my stuff." Who knows, maybe it was joke? I didn't read it to find out. Yesterday a guy I have been coaching into making the switch hit up again with a more frequent question: "OK, so you quit...

    GRRR Vamo! Seriously???

Be advised that the kick has a 10w limit. Most SLR setups take advantage of the fact that a mech has no limits and often will be hitting in the 16+ watt range. You can still use your kick, you just can't use it when you are needing more than 10 watts. PS Everything except the Darwin and the...

    GRRR Vamo! Seriously???

I *think* it actually displays "Lo" and then the Ohm symbol (don't know the hmtl for that symbol, off the top of my head) and I thought it did "Lo v" for low volts... I've never had a problem with mine and I change the batteries frequently so I'm not sure..
