    I just took a fingernail file and filed down the delrin. It fires all the time now. I may still try to take it apart to cut down the spring to get it to push easier.

    Thanks. I just got a 19b. Will love it once it works right. Soaked over night in acetone ( nail polish remover ) will try boiling water next. Then if I have to I'll cut a slot in the magnet with a dremel tool and use a screw driver. I want this to work right my rsst looks great on it.
