Keep a close eye on your credit card statements

Count me in ...I got hit too. I got a call from my bank last night (Wells Fargo) about some suspicious charges on my account (like $200+ for flowers - in AUSTRALIA!!!). I ordered from AVE a little over a week ago also, so there appears to be a common thread. Cancelled the card & they are...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

So I assume you got the sleeve out? Was it just a press-fit, or is there more to it than that? I can't wait to get mine -should be in the next day or so.....

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

I think the package deal is still too new, that's why you aren't getting any other hits for it online, even Vaporteck's is a pre-reservation notification.. If you really want one, you might just have to bite the bullet and order them individually - Litecig also has the Natural in stock, so you...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

That price was for a pre-order of the RSST & a Natural Mechanical mod . I ordered mine yesterday from Litecig (just got notification this morning that it shipped) - $35 Smoktech RSST Genesis style rebuildable Ecig Atomizer. They still show them as being in stock, And they are an ECF...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

AHA!! I see you have that "winding coils with a torch" thumbnail! I have one just like it. That's when you learn that the tip of that blue flame is HOT! (and damn-near invisible when you are focused on the coils) OWY OWY OWY!!!..... :danger:

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

Theoretically, you could just remove the entire wick/coil assembly and clean them & re-install, but getting them both equally clean would be a challenge (dissimilar materials). I have an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner that I use for making my DIY juices, and it should work as a wick/coil cleaner...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

I've got two set up so far (A DID clone with 1/8 wick & an AGA-T2 drilled to accept 1/8 wick - both using 30ga)....both were very muted at first & had kind of a "concrete" flavor. It took a full tank, or a little more until the flavors started to really come through, but both are now getting...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

I just ordered mine this morning from litecigusa DOT net (its .net, not .com) I just checked; they still show them in stock. They are a Forum Supplier. (its the Smoktech RSST Genesis Atomizer)

What Flavor Are you Vaping Right Now?

Some Alien Visions Gorilla Juice.... figured I'd give it a try with all the good reviews. Ordered some along with my standing order of Boba's Bounty.... Not bad for right out of the mailer, but like Boba's, can probably benefit from a little steep time....

What are you waiting for in the mail?

Another new RBA (SMOKtech RSST - AC9 clone) and another SMOKtech Natural Mechanical mod (to replace the one I lost over the weekend), plus some batteries, drip tips, Kanthal wire, and other odds & ends..... It's getting more & more difficult to justify to my wife how much money I'm saving by...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

After the success of the 1/8 fishstick in my drilled mini-DID I posted earlier (getting better every tankful BTW), I got to thinking that this might be the way to go - however - my AGA-T2 is already drilled to 1/8, and can't be drilled larger because of lack of room (already cut into the center...

    Rebuildable atty help please

As others have said - hot spot is culprit #1 ...(also if you get a metallic taste - make sure you don't have two wires touching) Another often overlooked problem on an RBA that causes higher throat hit is lining up the air hole - line the air hole up directly with the wick and you will get...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

Vap; I drilled my DID clone out to 1/8 - no problem....easier than on my AGA-T2. I put up pics of it a few posts back.... EDIT ... I guess you saw it :) It seems to be breaking in faster than the other one - but I'm not using 100% VG in this one, so that makes sense..... It's already better...

    fc-2000 porous ceramic wick

OK...since it seems that its show & tell; Here's my project for today; I drilled out the wick hole on an old DID clone to 1/8 inch & made a fishstick for it. I actually had more room to drill on this little puppy than I did for my AGA-T2. The 1/8 hole in the AGA almost cut into the center post...
