    HI Sippery,i have vaped about 3 mills so far with the ''unburnt'' Kanthal coil in my Magma dripper and the coils are still shiny,the coils do not gunk up as fast thats for sure.Im still getting nice flavour from the KF4 still too.

    I was using rayon for a few weeks and i switched to Muji cotton and never looked back.I did try a rayon build just a few days ago and i pefer the cotton all the way.

    Im happy im still on the fence about getting into TC MODS,this is still very new stuff,think ill stick with good old ''untorched'' K wire at 1.0 ohm in my KF4 set at 20 watts with 4.5 volts.Im not into vaping for massive clouds,im a flavour junkie.

    VaPreis: WOW...i guess taste is really subjective,i have used spaced coils before and they were ''torched'' before hand and i still notice a big change in flavour,im actually blown away.I am wondering tho what the gunk build up will look like in a few days.Im thhinking i just may have less gunk...

    UPDATE: Im just into a few hours of vaping with kanthal coil that is not ''pulsed'' or ''glowed red'' and i will say this so far....I CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE in flavour and vapour production is even im proved.

    State of Flux: I am no expert on metal properites but was researching the nickel 200 wire and Titainum wire for the Temp Mod im looking at getting, and read that its not wise to ''burn" them,so i am taking the same approach now to the Kanthal.I maybe wrong is saying K is damaged when burnt,but...

    Im not doing the ''non-burning'' for saftey issue per say,i just find the juice tastes better.I clean the wire with dish soap first and rise well.

    What are your favorite builds for Clouds and or Flavor?

    I keep it simple,28 ga K,5 wraps single coil at 1 ohm in the K4.I keep the coils spaced and DO NOT dry burn the coils at all.

    I just found a better way to improve flavour immensely,i space the coils so i get no hot spots,no need to burn to check for hot spots this way.Flavour is way better as the coils are not oxidized and damaged.
