    Nah im not a sparky, even though i should be in the ibew. Apart from the odd 3 phase motor, i dont work with ac that much/ lots of RF and dc logic however. Also built a few tesla coils for fun. i would like a link to that article though if you have it, im sure i got some 47 ballasts around...

    I was being a smart ... about the high voltage comment, i generally dont consider what i work with high voltage untill about 600v's. but thats me.

    lol if we consider above 4.2 volts high voltage then yes.I use my lr 306 on my fistpak, not sure on the actual loaded voltage, but i presume its around 4.3ish, its more than fully charge 18650 i know that for sure. yep thats it in a nutshell

    I have no melting issues at all, and i use my 306 at 4.3 volts quite regularly, might be different batch to batch however, and must be taken into consideration.
