    I"m guessing the webmaster has been fired, thats the reason the site has been abandoned with errors. like others I'm willing to help , free no strings, I just want them to start selling juice and stop dealing with technology that they know little about.

    Ben Inside the emails from authorize.net there is a transaction number and invoice number you should be able to match them with the unfinished orders.

    Placed order, card was charged, showing not finished on the site, I think what they have to do is match payments to the not finished transactions, doesn't make sense to just refund payments.
