Temperature Control -- Worth the Hype or a Gimmick?

Maybe not worth running out and getting one now, but when you next upgrade you might aswell since it works with kanthal as well. Very pleased with TC personally, much more consistent, and also improved flavor over kanthal

    Again with the batteries

I'd ask them for proof the VTC5s are authentic and if they didn't i wouldn't buy anything from them and get the Samsung 25R cells elsewhere, they're better then legit VTC5s anyways ;)

    Worst Threat to Vapers

Biggest threat to vapers is how close-minded, gullible and submissive we are - not to mention our inexorable herd mentality. Also believe this to be the root cause of every problem we have in the world today. We can blame big tobacco, big pharma, the government, the media, etc. but its us who...

    Need a new ohm meter

What's wrong with the resistance display on your TC mod? My TC mods double up as very accurate ohm meters

what type of coil produces best flavor? input greatly appreciated

For me its twisted coils for flavor, noticeably better then single strand, covers more surface area to hit the same resistance, not much more effort to make - an extra 30 seconds if you own a drill. I've tried clapton coils, zip coils, tiger coils, loopy coils, chain link coils, other then much...

    your opinions on cellucotton

Wicks very nicely and it easy to work with, only downside is the initial break-in period where it has a weird taste for the first 20 mins. On temp control devices the weird initial taste takes even longer to go so I moved over to muji for TC, still use it on my kanthal builds though. Need to...

    Vaporshark slashing prices.

Not sure what the cause is, only know my DNA40 chip with that problem was a v2, and some have had the same issue while others haven't. I would be surprised if the new DNA40 (v5) devices have this issue, the latest Evolv chip actually looks pretty good, just too bad for anyone with an earlier...

    Vaporshark slashing prices.

My old Vaporflask used to do the same thing it really annoyed me right up until i sold it but it didn't effect the performance of the device. Since even the latest EVOLV chips are still non-upgradeable, there's no fix outside of a chip transplant or replacing the entire device

    Vaporshark slashing prices.

Lol Psubardo, i've seen enough of him to know he comments on things he knows nothing about he is biased Aside from my own experience using the two chips, there's enough evidence freely available on near enough every vape forum or blog where the two chips are thoroughly tested and compared by...

What type of vaper are you?

A sexy one :P I chase the best flavour but i do like goodvapor production, as good as it can be for a mouth to lung vape anyway

    Vaporshark slashing prices.

@Oberon75 Dude, each to their own - but no way are you gonna convince me a VS is more bang for buck, and NO WAY will you convince me the Evolv chip is more accurate then an SX350J lmao. Temp adjusts on the DNA40 in 10F increments, unlike the 1F increments on the SX350J. Apart from my comment on...

RDA When do YOU change your coils?

Change the coil once or twice a week, change the wick once a day. Only vape my DIY goose juice and i get through about 3-5ml per day. Currently using a UTA2 on an SX Mini M-Class at 350F, 34J. Build is 2 strands of 0.25mm ni200 twisted, 7 spaced wraps around a 3mm drill bit, wicked with Muji.

    At My Wicks End!

I love muji personally, but have been meaning to try cotton bacon V2 and fibre freaks, both (especially the latter) have had some great reviews particularly on how clean the taste is as well as absorbancy.

Let's be honest, smoking cigarettes is far cheaper than vaping!

DIY Juice and only purchasing new hardware when it's needed will keep your costs far lower, especially if you know where to find the best deals/prices. The price comparison between vaping and smoking is usually based on a box of 20 and not DIY cigs, it also won't count for those who buy every...
