    One site, I don't remember which one, doesn't ban or block suspected bot posts. They allow them to be posted but they are automatically hidden from everyone BUT the poster. So the spammer thinks he is getting through and doesn't need to change his tactics but no one else ever sees it.

    My post was actually in response to this.... However the ad does say "dry HERB ..." not "dry tobacco" so I am doubtful it is for tobacco use. I could be wrong.

    It has been stated before that ECF doesn't have that level of control over what ads are specifically displayed on the site. When an offending ad does get through, they can block that one but it won't prevent a future one from getting through.
