    The states are doing that because of the whole tobacco settlement that they are losing money on. The Federal government, even if they do tax vaping, are still heavily influenced by the lobbyists I mentioned.

    My guess is that every country looks at what they are bringing in from cigarette taxes and compares that to what they could save in healthcare for their citizens if they all switched to vaping and uses that cost/benefit analysis to decide if that specific country will support vaping or not...

    First, that really was not a very big cloud, especially for that many batteries. Second, That looks quite cumbersome and difficult to use, transport and store. Third, dude was trying way too hard to impress. "This is how you vape. This is how a real vaper vapes".

    I cannot think off the top of my head if we have any members from India here to ask. Honestly your best best would be to call the India Customs Agency and ask them. That way you know the answer is 100% correct. Any info on the internet may be wrong or outdated.

    If you take the batteries out and put them back in, does it then work properly? I have a Nitecore i2 that occasionally does the same thing. When I re-seat the batteries it then works fine.
