    [Q] Battery quality

The fundamental truth is those are obvious rewraps so there is no way to know for sure what is underneath. However if you truly have no access to anything else then you may just have to use them. It might be worth it for you to reach out to Mooch and ask if he can suggest any reasonably priced...

    DNA75C Mirage question

Honestly you already have the important part, the board. What I would do is just order an empty DNA 75C Case for about $40 and just keep using the Mirage until you break the door then remove the board and add it to the empty case. If you do want a whole new mod, you can get the Complete DNA 75C...

Do you consider Philip morris IQOS smoking or vaping?

Source on the Strawberry? Some of the stuff I read indicated that while iQOS was safer per puff, the way it is required to be used would result in more puffs than smoking, leveling out the over all harm done. This was based in bio-markers testing in individuals using the device. Even if this...

Do you consider Philip morris IQOS smoking or vaping?

Yes if the flavors were broken down the list would be longer, but anywhere close to the iQOS list? Come on, be real. If there were 100 different flavors in the same bottle the list would still be WAY shorter. While I can't read the list from that image, what I have read indicates that it still...

    Vape Breath Revisited

Cause? Effect? :D Seriously, to the OP, smoking for all the bad it does, it also makes your mouth somewhat inhospitable to many of the germs that can cause bad breath. So while you smell like an ash tray, your breath has less biological pollutants. Without that many of those germs are now free...

Do you consider Philip morris IQOS smoking or vaping?

I consider iQOS to be smoking since it still has many of the same carcinogens as smoking does, just maybe in a lesser quantity. What is even worse is the filter in those cartridges melt and release a chemical that breaks down in the liver into Formaldehyde and Cyanide! So it could actually be...

Feds PHONY war on Vaping caused Ebay to stop Vaping sales

That is what the government does best. See a problem, have a knee jerk reaction that makes the problem worse, then use the claim they "did something" as part of their reelection campaign. They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different...

Coil of different sizes - can they make or break the experience?

Changing the diameter and nothing else, still changes the resistance, the mass, the power requirements, and more. Also coil size alters the air flow inside the atomizer since larger coils take up more air space, and smaller coils take up less.

Aluminum for atomizers... is it safe?

Actually if you are buying scrap from a manufacturing firm anyway, maybe see if they would be able to cut/lathe it for you too. Just tell them "no rush", so they don't quote you based on using stock instead of the scrap. That way you can get SS and professionally milled to the correct specs...

    Quick terminology question

In my experience the "muting" of flavor is often caused by to little or too much air flow. So in that sense it is more like an internal combustion engine. So maybe we could use "rich" and "lean". Again I am not sure how many people would understand those terms in that context either.

    E cig Gear future availability

It is possible that US availability could drop to or near zero. However, you could always order one of those "metal tubes" from China, since that seems to be how they label the customs invoice for all vape gear.

    Quick terminology question

I am not saying that insipid is the wrong word to use, however given the current state of our society you might be hard pressed to to find 20 people that know what it means. It's just not a commonly used word and a lot of US citizens have relatively small vocabularies.

    Quick terminology question

Another word that could apply is "attenuated", which means reduced or weakened in amount or degree. However, attenuated can also mean to reduce the amplitude of sound waves (aka muted). I actually think this overlap between attenuate and mute could be how people arrived at using muted to...

    Im Confused About Vitamin-E Acetate

Intent to harm customers? No. Intent to defraud customers? Absolutely. As you put it they were trying to fool customers into thinking cut product was pure product so the harm resulted from the commission of another crime. Evey last one of the people that cut the product belong in prison. It's...

    Im Confused About Vitamin-E Acetate

I too was concerned if my eliquid had vitamin E acetate in it, so I decided to ask my manufacturer. I said "Self, are you putting vitamin E acetate in my eliquid?" To which, I replied "No, I have never and will never use vitamin E acetate in any eliquid". I was satisfied with the answer...

    Quick terminology question

But do they really? It doesn't matter which word we use the meaning is the same: XYZ mod is the pinnacle of vaping technology. XYZ mod is paramount vaping technology. XYZ mod is the ultimate vaping technology. XYZ mod is the preeminent vaping technology.
