    If an individual state made it illegal, then I don't know about it, but as of the Dec 2018 Farm Bill, Hemp and all Hemp based products are 100% legal at the Federal level in the US.

    My wife and I started at 24mg back in 2013. My wife has managed to cut down to 0mg (she does still vape the 0) and I am down to 3. I am tempted to try 0 myself just to see, but at the same time I still have around 5-6yrs worth of nic in my freezer that I don't want to waste.
