I doubt anyone could tell the difference, if any, without some sophisticated equipment. Personally the inline volt reader, adapters and a VOM to be a must have part of the vaping arsenal.

As it turns out I had to return the LT V1.5, it didn't seem to be right. Finding that out was the reason for building the adapter. So in short I don't know how the V1.5 will perform, not for a few days at least.
Wasn't it you asking where to get an inline volt reader? If so I think Assembled...
I also have three MadVapes VV boxes, a 5v WoW aka Woo, a VariStack (my go to PV) and two Lavatubes that I've had for several months, they have worked flawlessly within the limits of a one battery 2.5amp unit. The ability to change voltages with a slight movement of the thumb puts the LT far...
From what I read on the Vapor Beast board he should be back in stock in a week or so. By then maybe there will be suppliers with better prices.
Finally built an adapter to test my units that can't be tested with my inline volt reader and I do get a steady reading on my LT V1.5 but my VariStack...
Have you been able to find anything like the Shadow Tester anyplace else? If you do be sure to link it here. They are out of stock at the link I provided.
I Googled DealExtreme, they have quite a network, forums and all.

Pretty tough to get away from the Provari comparisons, doesn't matter if it just a $20 Twist. :)
I was darn close to ordering a Provari after watching Busardo's review, I was impressed until I thought of how much time he spent pressing buttons to change the voltage, reminded me of someone...
Look at this review and note at the bottom he links to a USA supplier selling them for $21

If your MadVapes type inline volt reader won't work you'll need an adapter like this item in addition to a VOM to test under load voltages. The Shadow Tester
It doesn't take much of a VOM to check AC or DC voltages. My $10 Chinese cheapo unit works just fine for non demanding jobs like that.

I've never tested a regulated 3.7v bat, all of mine are Rivas and I've used my in line volt reader on them. I just finished an adapter so I can test my VV units that won't register on my Mad Vapes volt reader.
