    I'm not sure what the exact diameter of the #8. I've used an AGA-T and Term; both look good. It's larger than the AGA-T and very close to the same size as the Term. If I'd add to guess, the tube is 22mm but the caps might be slightly larger; possibly because of the chrome plating on the brass...

    LOL. :vapor: It was between the ithaka and kayfun. Didn't want to mess with nr wire so chose the kayfun. The kayfun shipped Fri. I heard 30-50 days but I'm hoping 2 weeks or so. Got my transform pack in about two weeks from greece. I still have the one bt804 I'm getting exchanged. ;)

    @JD looks like there is a groove. (can't post pic with ipad) @g-akita wasn't able to use it long enough to know but vivi nova tanks works on these.

    I've been following the thread and I haven't seen a recipe that is exact or closer. The OP's recipe and some variations have produced some good flavors for some DIYers that tried them. This does include ones with Black cigar. :2c:

    Thanks for the link for tracking. I think I read some where in this thread that the wait is between 30-50 days to get them into the states. Hopefully, it'll be sooner.

    thanks, JD. I stuck an extra piece of kanthal to hold the pin. It appears snug but I don't trust it. I'll break it down and check without wire. Spoke with my vendor, they're ready to do an exchange.

    Anyone having a problem with getting the pin to stay? I tried both pins in the hole and same results. I'm using 32g kanthal and it doesn't hold it in place.

    Joined the party. I'm a fan of ry4 and this thread caught my eye. Have a 30 ml bottle (50/50 10mg 10% DRY4) steeping as I type. Going to make some smaller batches with some of the variations in the thread. Bavarian cream will be the first. Thanks everyone.

    I've read through the thread and ordered one. It should be coming in today. Does anyone have any leaking problems when laying it on it's side? i.e. like genesis RBAs.
