China doesn't have labour unions in the western sense. The ones they have are run by the GVT employer. Basically it just means the GVT has told Postal employees to check all packages.

Well, the rules appear to be a bit swings and roundabouts. On one hand a contest promoted here is for ECF members only (which may promote extra contests), however they miss out on finding out about the suppliers other general entry contests.
Whilst I do think they are overpriced for their product, I can say that TW were very vocal in their campaign over this bill, they sent email newsletters and info cards out with every shipment so I have to give them respect for that. No other EU vendor I used was doing that
