    Mine is a June Cloud 9 and is also in perfect working order. The previous owner told me that C9 had replaced the electronics when the updated version came out, I don't know if he had a problem or just did it to be safe but he said C9 were excellent to deal with.

    Unlucky dude, that's worse than being stung for customs duties, I am guessing if you complained to US customs they would deny taking them out. Probably some bored minion at the end of his shift forgot to put them back in and then binned them to avoid any fuss.

    I really don't get this, it's less than 3 weeks from order when someone has made a conscious decision to import goods from halfway around the world and they are raising a paypal dispute because it hasn't arrived yet. Just pay US prices and get your goods fast.
